How It Works — 3 Steps
- Quote accepted: PI (Proforma Invoice) sent within 12 hours of confirmed order. Includes bank details, SWIFT/IBAN, and reference code.
- Payment initiated: Buyer sends funds from corporate bank account. Send proof of transfer (SWIFT MT103 or wire confirmation) to chy@rfclone.com.
- Production starts: Funds received within 1-4 business days. Production begins immediately upon cleared funds. Production lead time 25 days for standard SKUs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I pay in a currency other than USD?
Yes. We accept USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and CNY. The PI will show the amount in your preferred currency at the prevailing mid-market rate. Bank receiving fees may differ per currency.
Q: Do you accept 30% deposit + 70% balance terms?
No. Gemu RF operates on 100% prepayment for all first-time orders. After 3 successful orders and a signed supply agreement, repeat buyers may qualify for 50/50 terms on orders ≥ USD 30,000. See our Payment & Production Terms for full policy.
Q: How do I send proof of payment?
Email the SWIFT MT103 confirmation, wire transfer receipt, or Wise payment reference to chy@rfclone.com. We confirm receipt within 4 business hours and begin production scheduling.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Bank details are only sent via PI to verified buyers. We never store payment card information on our servers. PCI-DSS compliance applies to credit card transactions through our payment processor.
