Payment & Production Terms
100% pre-payment required. Production is scheduled only after full payment is received and cleared in our account. Once payment is confirmed, we release the order to the production line and arrange shipment within the lead time stated in your quotation. We do not start production on open terms, post-delivery invoices, or net-day payment plans.
How the process works
- Quotation — Submit an inquiry or place an online order. We issue a proforma invoice (PI) with SKU codes, quantities, unit prices, Incoterm, and lead time.
- Payment in full — Wire 100% of the PI amount to the bank account on the PI. Production does not begin until funds are received and cleared (T/T 1–3 business days typical, PayPal / card cleared immediately).
- Production — Standard lead time 25 days from cleared payment for MOQ 500 pcs. Larger volumes quoted per order. 100% functional test on every unit before packing.
- Shipment — Once production is complete, we ship within 48 hours via DHL Express / FedEx / UPS / sea freight (per your selection on the PI). You receive the tracking number and B/L / AWB by email.
Accepted payment methods
- Bank wire transfer (T/T) — Preferred for orders ≥ USD 2,000. Lowest transaction fee.
- PayPal — Available at checkout. 4.4% PayPal surcharge applies to cover processor fees.
- Credit / debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Amex via PayPal gateway. 3.5% processor fee applies.
- Western Union / MoneyGram — Available on request for smaller orders.
What is included in the price
- Factory-direct unit price as quoted on the PI
- Standard Gemu RF retail-box packaging (custom packaging quoted separately)
- 4 international compliance certificates (CE-RED / FCC Part 15 / RCM / RoHS) — file copies included with shipment
- 100% functional test certificate per batch
What is NOT included (separate line items)
- Shipping / freight — Calculated at checkout by destination country (flat rate per zone, free over USD 5,000 per order). See the Shipping tab on each product page for the rate to your country.
- Custom logo printing (USD 0.15 / unit setup + 0.05 / unit run, MOQ 1,000 pcs)
- Custom protocol / firmware engineering (quoted per request)
- Import duties, VAT, GST, and any destination-country taxes — payable by the buyer on receipt per local law
By placing an order you confirm acceptance of the 100% pre-payment production policy. We do not offer open-account terms, consignment, or post-delivery payment. For order volumes above 10,000 pcs or custom OEM/ODM requirements, please submit a bulk inquiry for an individual quotation.
Shipping — country-differentiated flat rate
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination country. Per 1 carton (≈ 500 pcs, 5 kg), flat rates are:

Rates are based on DHL Express economy for ~5 kg cartons. For larger orders, multi-carton shipments, or sea freight, we will quote exact shipping on the proforma invoice. Import duties, VAT, GST, and any destination-country taxes are payable by the buyer on receipt per local law.
