Signs of Failing Battery
- LED on remote is dim or doesn’t light
- Reduced range (works close but not far)
- Intermittent operation
- Door only opens after multiple presses
How to Replace
- Locate the battery compartment (usually back of remote)
- Use a coin or flathead screwdriver to pry open
- Note the battery orientation (+/-)
- Remove old battery
- Insert new battery with correct orientation
- Snap cover back
- Test the remote
