3. MOQ Requirements
Standard products: MOQ 500 pieces. OEM with custom logo: MOQ 1000 pieces. ODM with custom enclosure or PCB: MOQ 2000 pieces. First-time OEM customers typically start with 1000 pieces of one SKU.
4. Lead Times
OEM orders (logo + packaging): 30 days from artwork approval. ODM orders (custom enclosure): 45-60 days including mold fabrication. Standard products: 15 days. Sample lead time for new ODM projects: 7-10 days for engineering samples.
5. Tooling and Mold Costs
For new ODM projects, injection mold costs range $5,000-$15,000 depending on enclosure complexity. RF Mando amortizes mold cost over the first three production orders. Customers own the mold after project completion.
6. Quality Control
OEM and ODM products receive the same 100% functional testing as standard SKUs. Each batch includes AQL 2.5 sampling inspection. Defect rates are guaranteed below 0.5%.
