The Problem With Ordering the Motor Separately
An installer who buys the motor from one supplier and the controls from another has two lead times, two shipping costs, and a site visit that cannot start until both have arrived. On a small job that overhead is invisible. Across a year of jobs it is the difference between a business that grows and one that does not.

Why One Source Removes a Failure Mode
The most common site problem with a motor-and-controls installation is a control that does not learn into the motor, or a limit switch set that does not match the travel. When both parts come from one supplier, that incompatibility is resolved before the goods ship rather than after the installer is standing in front of a half-finished shutter.
Ask for the motor and the control package on one order line. It costs nothing extra and it removes the most common cause of a second site visit.
How to Structure the Order
- Send the shutter specification — width, height, tube diameter, fabric, cycles per day.
- Ask for a written recommendation covering motor torque, end-limit type, and the matching control variant.
- Order one free sample of the full package ($30 DHL, buyer pays) and commission a real shutter with it.
- Then order at 100 pcs per SKU. Mixed-SKU cartons are normal and we produce a carton-level packing list that breaks out quantities by SKU.
