Restocking Is a Different Decision From First Ordering
A first order is a test: one frame, one coil, one reference, sent to establish whether the supplier ships what they say. Restocking is a different calculation. It asks how much of a frame to hold so that the next panel builder’s order ships same day, and how many frames to hold without tying up cash in slow-moving references.

Our Terms, Stated Plainly
| Term | Our position | Why it matters to a restocker |
|---|---|---|
| MOQ | 100 pcs per SKU, applied per SKU | Lets you spread the minimum across references |
| Sample | 1 free unit per SKU; buyer covers $30 DHL | Test against real installed equipment |
| Lead time | 7-15 days | 7 days from stock tooling, 15 for a new variant |
| Payment | T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment | Title passes on bill of lading |
| Incoterm | EXW Xiamen | Other terms quoted on request |
| QC | 100% functional test; AQL 5% third-party on request | Recommended on the first batch |
How to Set Stock Depth
Depth should follow reorder frequency, not frame popularity. A frame that reorders twice a month needs enough stock to cover the reorder interval plus the lead time, with a margin for a seasonal peak. A frame that reorders twice a year does not need depth; it needs to be orderable within the lead time.
- List your top ten frames by reorder count, not by revenue.
- Hold depth on the top three, at the lead time plus one reorder interval.
- Hold working stock on four to seven, and rely on production lead time for the rest.
- Review the top-ten list quarterly. Panel specifications drift as installations and regulations change.
Why Mixed-SKU Cartons Matter for Restocking
A restock is almost never a single reference. We produce a carton-level packing list broken out by SKU so your receiving team can put the right parts on the right shelf without opening every carton, and we confirm quantity per reference before production so a short-ship in a mixed carton is easier to chase.
Same-day shipment is a stock-depth decision, not a supplier-promise decision. Decide the depth before you promise the service level.
