The Decision That Shapes Everything Else
There is a version of this business where the factory buys a finished board, buys a shell, and assembles a handset. That version is cheap to start and it is why so many suppliers in this category cannot answer a question about their own product. We took the other decision: we design the PCBA and we own the tooling for the housing. That decision costs more up front and it is the reason we can answer almost any question a buyer asks about how the product works.
The question that separates a manufacturer from a trading company is simple: who designed the board? A manufacturer has a revision history. A buyer of somebody else’s board does not.

Eight Stages From Specification to Carton
| Stage | What is checked | What it catches |
|---|---|---|
| Component input | Lot verification and specification check | A wrong component, caught before it reaches the line |
| In-process | Line check on the assembled board | Drift caught while it is still cheap to correct |
| Final functional | 100% of units tested against function | Every unit that does not work never leaves the factory |
| Pre-shipment sampling | AQL 5% third-party inspection | Cosmetic, labelling and packing issues |
What Owning the Tooling Actually Buys
- Private label without a second factory. The mould is ours, so your brand on the housing is a design change, not a new supply chain.
- A field issue can be fixed. When a customer reports a problem, we change our own board revision rather than escalating to someone else’s factory and hoping.
- Consistency across a mixed order. Two SKUs in one carton came off the same line with the same component spec, because there is only one spec.
- A traceable product. Every unit carries a date code that ties it to a production run, which is what makes a warranty claim resolvable instead of arguable.
What We Do Not Do
We do not supply goods bearing another manufacturer’s trademark, and we do not reproduce anyone’s industrial design. Our compatible products are engineered to the published specification of a third-party model family — the frame, the rating, the terminal layout, the band, the code system — and they carry our own design and our own tooling.
Where a project specification requires an authorised-channel or certified part, that part must come from the original manufacturer. We will say so rather than supply a substitute and let you find out later.
