What an MOQ Actually Covers
MOQ is not a marketing minimum. It is the smallest batch that amortises the fixed costs of a production run: setup time, the press or SMT line, packaging setup, and the QC pass. Our MOQ is 100 pieces per SKU, which is low for this category and reflects that most of our tooling already exists. A new housing variant is different, because a new mould has to be paid for once.

Questions to Ask Any Supplier Before You Order
- Who designed the PCBA, and can you show the board revision history?
- What test reports ship with the batch, and does the model number on the report match my purchase order?
- Can I have a pre-shipment sample of the actual production batch rather than the sales sample?
- What happens to my deposit if the batch fails inspection?
- Who do I contact in eighteen months when a field issue appears?
The last question matters most. A supplier who cannot answer it is a trading company, and a trading company will tell you so if you ask plainly.
