What Rolling Code Actually Requires From the Manufacturer

A rolling-code transmitter is not a fixed-code transmitter with a chip change. Every transmission must produce a new valid code, and the receiver must reject a replayed one. That means the code-generation logic, the transmit path, and the timing all have to be designed and tested together. This is the single biggest reason a trading company cannot simply relabel somebody else's board and call it a product.

What We Design In-House

• PCBA design. The board is ours, so the code logic and learning behaviour are ours to fix when a customer reports a field issue.
• Housing tooling. Our own moulds, which is what makes private label possible without a second factory in the middle.
• 100% functional test. Every unit is transmit-tested before packing. A third-party QC report at AQL 5% is available on request and we recommend it on a first batch.
• Batch traceability. Date codes at batch level and carton-level packing lists.

Trademark and IP Position

We do not manufacture goods bearing another manufacturer's trademark. Every product we supply is an independently engineered compatible replacement using our own PCBA and our own housing tooling, referenced to a third-party model family solely to describe the equipment it is engineered to work with.
