The Part of the Supplier Relationship That Is Usually Missing
Most buyers choose a supplier on price and sample quality, and discover the after-sales relationship only when something goes wrong. At that point the difference between a manufacturer and a trading company becomes visible: one of them can act, and the other can forward your email to someone.
This page sets out plainly what our commitment is, what the boundaries are, and what we need from you to resolve a case quickly.

What We Commit To
| Commitment | What it means in practice | |
|---|---|---|
| Named contact | A direct line to a person, not a shared inbox | No forwarding, no waiting for a regional office |
| Response | An acknowledgement, then an answer | Usually within one business day on a case with a date code |
| Diagnosis | A technical opinion, even when the fault is not ours | A straight answer saves the buyer investigating twice |
| Remedy | Replacement or credit against the next order where a defect is confirmed | A clear commitment rather than a discretionary one |
| Containment | Batch-level action if a run has a systematic issue | Requires the packing list, which is why we ask for it |
| Not covered | On-site commissioning, immobiliser coding, misuse and damage | Stated plainly, so the boundary is never a surprise |
What We Need From You to Resolve a Case
- The batch date code printed on the product or the carton. This identifies the production run and is the single most useful piece of information on a claim.
- Photos or a short video of the failed unit and, where relevant, the receiver it is being paired with.
- The purchase order number and the delivery date.
- A description of the symptom in one line — for example “will not pair with receiver X” rather than “does not work”.
A claim with a date code and a symptom description is usually resolved in one exchange. A claim without them is usually resolved in five.
The Honest Boundaries
We do not provide on-site commissioning, we do not supply immobiliser coding services, and we do not cover damage caused by incorrect pairing, incorrect voltage supply or mechanical damage. We will also tell you when a failure is not a manufacturing defect — a battery failing under load, a receiver memory limit, an obstruction in the path — because a supplier who claims every failure is a warranty claim eventually stops answering.
What we do provide is a named contact, a response, a diagnostic opinion, and where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement or a credit against the next order.
